Paula is the CEO/CFO, Chair of the Board, and Co-Owner of SFID, and is responsible for overall Administration as Project Manager for Remodeling Elements. She coordinates, schedules and brings to the table, a customized team of Professionals who will accelerate your Over the Counter, With Plans Building Permit. And also simple, one day, Over the Counter, No Plans Building, Electrical and Plumbing Permits, required to start your remodeling project quickly. "Often, our network of Realtors and homeowners, are ready to sell their properties and need to remedy outstanding permits, notice of violations, lead abatements or hazardous materials fines., caused by a previous relative or owner who did "handy work" of a structural wall or remodeling of a 2nd units, without the legally required Permits. We are able to remedy these issues, by repairing, correcting and filing a new Permit. SFID has your best interest in mind. We perform high-quality work with old-world values. From start to finish, we implement top-level design, distinguished project management skills and excellent craftsmanship.
