For Bathroom or kitchen remodels, non structural, we pull the Over the Counter Permit, No Plans (OTC/NP) in one day.
When it is time to add an "Accessory Dwelling Unit" (ADU's) or an Addition, or wall removals, add bathrooms, laundry rooms or decks, we have a unique, experienced team of SFID Architects, Structural Engineers, Title 24, Green Halo and Expeditors, to submit full applications for "Over the Counter with Plans" (OTC/NP). This Design Build approach saves you time and subsequently saves you money, as this ensures unity and collaboration throughout the entire process..
